I was just thinking about the whole gun in the bathroom situation. Wonder if they are washing their hands after using the bathroom and before touching their guns. Would hate to think the guns are also carrying germs in addition to bullets.

Living in NJ we are used to politicians being carted off to jail. For us it's usually mayors. Our town had a previous mayor go to "fed camp" for 5 years after he took bribes, etc.

In Tennessee, the State lege (a term coined by the late, great Molly Ivins to mean the state legislative body) voted to allow handguns in bars and restaurants. We're really going backwards with this one.

Well Sara, now you can have a realistic 'going to the toilet with a gun' thing for VI in your next book.

Do we believe the car dried out?

Not in a class with a Bugatti but...
Some of our local county sheriff's deputies were in nearby Medford, Oregon for a refresher course. Hopefully not motor vehicle safety. After class one was driving back to the sheriff's office. He leaned over to do something. [Not texting I presume.] A stoplight ahead turned red. The other deputy ahead of him stopped. He did not. Crash. That deputy's car then went forward -- crash -- into a Medford police cruiser.
The question is: How many cops does it take to report three disabled police cars?
